If you’re ready to beyond the status quo and lead the charge in AI in your team or organisation - this is your moment.

The AI Leadership Immersion is not just another course—it’s an intensely challenging, deeply rewarding experience designed for leaders who want to lead AI in their team or organisation. This immersive journey will disrupt everything you think you know about AI, and push you to new heights of strategic thinking and leadership, achored in the principles of Human-Centered AI and Change management.

This Immersion kicks off with an accelerated learning experience (2 Day in Person Masterclass or Two Half Day Virtual Workshops), followed by an online learning program. We’ll help you unlock the confidence and skills to lead AI initiatives like never before, guiding you to learn and apply the skills within your team. You’ll walk away with new strategies, rewired thinking, and the ability to confidently plan your team's next steps.

You'll be guided by PLAI's CEO Kaz McGrath, our Chief Creative Officer, Esther Kwaku, as well as have exclusive access to PLAI's network of AI experts and guest facilitators from Canva, Google, Bain & Company, amongst others (No other program provides this exclusive access and support). You’ll collaborate with like-minded leaders, tackle hands-on projects, and explore new insights.

We keep our AI Immersions intimate with only 20 spots available, to ensure a premium learning experience, and 1:1 support throughout the program as well as option to add on additional coaching sessions with the PLAI team or our network of AI advisors.
