Kaz's background
Before PLAI, Kaz successfully led high-impact initiatives as Global Marketing Manager for Act for Peace and Business Development Manager for the Resilient Energy Collective, bridging grassroots nonprofits and corporate giants. She was worked with everyone from Tesla and Google to your local nonprofit. A graduate of the DSIL Innovation and Creative Leadership program, she specializes in systems thinking and human-centered design. She's obsessed with behavioural psychology, learning design and the art of data. She’s on a mission to show how AI, paired with clear purpose and bold leadership, can unlock new possibilities for organizations working to make a difference in the world.

Chief Creative Officer
Esther is a dynamic facilitator, creative thinker, and trainer who thrives on untangling complex, game-changing conversations. She provokes authentic dialogues that challenge conventional thinking and ignite transformation. Her work helps leaders and organizations shift toward those powerful "aha" moments that lead to meaningful and lasting change.

With over 20 years of experience, Esther has worked withinternational NGOs such as ActionAid, The Resource Alliance, and CAREInternational. Her background spans fundraising, communications, andleadership, as well as global humanitarian crises and organizational changeprograms. Esther is dedicated to helping changemakers unleash their energy, strengths, and creative superpowers.
